Change Format of Address Label

I have failed to find a way to change the format of the address text in the new label document.

I wish to print a complete sheet of return address labels based on the Avery US letter format 8167. I have selected the correct drop downs to create that label format and have entered the 3 lines of address text in the text box. Clicking new document produces a new page, but the text is formatted using the default style which is too large for the label.
There is no apparent facility to select the content of whole page (ctrl A) and thus extremely time consuming to make changes to 80 labels.
Why aren’t there functions to set up the text format before printing the label that could also include positioning and aligning the text in the cell? If this capability exists then it should be appropriately documented in the label creation box.

I would gladly give up 90% of the esoteric functions that I will never use for a really useful and easy to use label printing program.

Your guidance will be most appreciated in resolving this difficulty. Many thanks.

Hello,

Since you are printing the same info on all labels, it would appear you have Synchronize contents checked on the Options tab of the label dialog. When you click New Document regardless of what you see, only the upper left label has the controlling data. Make any wanted changes in that label and then click the Synchronize labels button (if not seen at first it will appear once anything on screen is clicked). All changes made in the upper left label will now appear in all other labels.

If this answers your question please tick the :heavy_check_mark: (upper left area of answer). It helps others to know there was an accepted answer.

Many thanks. That was all that was needed.
