Outline a range of cells conditionally, NOT including inside borders.

I am trying to outline a range of cells conditionally depending on the calculated current month number stored in the sheet, see the attached image, but although I only selected the preset outline option when creating the style, when Calc applies it also adds the inside borders, but this is undesired and unexpected behaviour, in Excel when adding borders there are distinct presets to apply either outline borders or inside borders or both, or alternatives to manually choose your own, but in Libre office although you select only to outline you get the inside borders as well and also there isnt a seperate preset for inside borders, like there is in excel.
