How to create a drop down section in LibraOffice Writer?

Just as the question says; how do i create a drop down section in Libra Office Writer? Basically what I want is like those "Spoiler" type things you find in forums online. You know where it has the word "Spoiler" and if you click it, it'll show and hide text. Except I want to choose what the word is instead of "Spoiler".

I'm sure this kind of question has been sort of asked before but it's all responded with in code speak and I don't understand that sort of dialogue. I'm not into the whole coding thing and need to be guided on how to do this like an infant, or an idiot really. Because that's what I am, an idiot.

This is just for a long document with a lot of things that I could easily group together. I just want to click something and hide and show the majority of the content at my whim, because this would make the file so much easier to deal with than it's current state. I don't care about how it'll look printed off because I don't ever plan on printing this document off.

I've tried using sections (as in Insert>Section...) but it if i'm doing something wrong I can't figure out what. So any help would be appreciated.

Just for a bit of ease of reference when I was typing this up it has the "hide preview" and "show preview" thing. I want something that works like that. Thanks.

Have you tried structuring your document with Heading x paragraph styles? This structure is displayed in the Navigator panel, offering a reduced view of the whole thing. In the navigator, you can even shrink or develop the levels (effectively hiding or showing parts). To go to the part, you double click the heading in the Navigator.
