How can I print a spreadsheet to labels

This is not a mail listing, I would like to print labels based on information within a spreadsheet.
I have included a sample file that shows some data and an idea on what I need on the labels.

The labels are Avery sheets, the size of the labels are not defined yet.

Any suggestions or solutions is really appreciated.

You need to register your spreadsheet as database, so that you can use it in Writer with the wizards.
Looking into you example, I notice, that you are not looking for “labels”. Labels have same size and structure. Your output looks more like a report. It might be, that you need a query to sort the records by Box number. So you should copy your data into a Base table, so that you can use all Features of Base.

If you want to print only the part of your spreadsheet that has the labels, you can select those labels and click FormatPrint RangesDefine.

If you want to change the layout of the defined print range as printed on paper, click FormatPage.
