This is a very wide question. In case the data use the same cell range you can copy - paste special to the current sheet, unchecking the format.
Right click on the file in the file manager -> New.

Let me clarify my question. I created over 100 Calc files with data in them. Upon printing the files, I changed some merged cells, some borders, added footers, changed some cell sizes, etc. while coming up with the printed copy that I wanted. Instead of opening each of the over 100 files and making the changes that I did on the printed file, can I do something that would take the formatting properties of the printed file to the other files. The data in the cells will remain unchanged.
