How do I place the grid around each cell

I want to place grids around each cell in Libre …… how do I do that?

The grid itself is always present. Do you mean you want visible gridlines separating the cells (columns / rows)?

If so:
-1- The context menu of each sheet-tab has an item for toggling the visibility of the cell-grid lines.
-2- This can only make visible the grid lines if the respective option is enabled under

Tools > Options> LibreOffice Calc > View > Visual Aids

I would suggest you choose Show on coloured cells there.
In fact this means “Show also on coloured cell ranges”.

Edit1 (regarding the comment by the OQ below):
Enable > Format > Page > Sheet > Print > Grid

I would like for the grid to print …. the grids show as I am typing but nit when I ask for “print prewiew” …… I need to show the grid when printed. thank you

You should really try to ask your actual question. Doing it this way means wasting time. The word “print” didn’t even occur in the question.

sarcastic responses to a question asked by someone not knowing how the system works …… also means wasting time

May be it’s a “cultural problem” because I’m not a native speaker of English, but I didn’t intend to be sarcastic. I just wanted to hint how to word your next question more to the point. That this one was about printing and/or the preview was clearly a relevant information whether or not you know something about whatever system.
