You will find it on the page where you downloaded your copy of LibreOffice - https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ - remember that version numbers must be identical for the Help to work.

This I found in LibreOffice, “Help” then Users Guides. Has all the books to download or to read online.
