unprintable characters

I’m sorry. It is very uncomfortable to have unprintable signs (for example spaces) with unchangeable color. In Microsoft Office, I see what color the letters will be. There is no.
in my opinion, it would be possible to give spaces a weakened color, underlining, etc. It would be a feature, not a bug, as now.

In my version of LO (v5.1.6.2) the non-printing characters are displayed in light blue. What colour are they in yours? It is also possible to not display them at all. (Menu View → Non-printing Characters, checked or unchecked.)

Recently installed v6.0.4.2. Non-printable characters are also displayed in light blue. Without them, I’m uncomfortable to work, so I always include a display of unprintable characters.
At work, a Microsoft office is installed, and there non-printable characters have the text color.

Try to do the following:put two spaces, select the second space and press the “text color” button (red). Put the cursor after the first space and type a few letters. Put the cursor after the second space and also type a few letters. After the first space, the letters will be black, and after the second space the letters will be red. In the MS office, I see the color of the second space. In the LO, they look the same.
This is critical, when the document was edited a lot with a change in the color
