Evenly space outer columns in 3 column table (writer)

So, I have a table in writer with three evenly spaced 20mm columns.

Let’s say I want to reduce the width of the middle column to 10mm, making the width of both outer columns 25mm each.

What’s the quickest way to go about doing this? I have tried using the column width settings under Table > Table Properties > Columns tab > Column Width section, but can’t seem to get it to do what I’m after.

Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, the tab you mentioned is the quickest one. Simply go there and start entering the new widths: put cursor to the first column box and enter 25, then press tab, then enter 10, Tab again, and the last will be 25 already - I assume that you have millimeters set as your Writer’s units (if centimeters are set, then you’d need 2.5Tab1Tab).

But please note that it’s dependent on the overall table width set on Table tab. In my testing, I used a 60-mm table which width was set as Alignment: Left.
