I have two calc and one writer files that are all for the same project. If I open them individually, they open normally. But if I select all three and hit Enter to save myself some clicking, they instead open as three Untitled files. The content is all there, but obviously this isn’t ideal if I want to make changes and save the files again.

Have no such problem on Mint 18.3 using LO v6.1.0.3 from TDF. Did same process - 2 Calc & 1 Writer.
What is your OS and the version of LO?
LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x86) (Windows 6.1) don’t show the problem.
