i think Calc is a great freeware software and i use it because it is compatible with the new versions of office; though i just have one problem with it it is when i start putting in a formula say '=A1' in most versions it will highlight the cell 'A1' but it doesn't i am just wondering if there is some way to add this feature to Libre office. thanks

@KD - Hmmm, I think that you now need to post an enhancement request. It could be a good feature to see immediately the linked cells.

Could you possibly post the enhancement request - bug report here?

@KD - When you enter a formula like =A1+A2 in another cell, and double click on the cell with the formula, the cells A1 and A2 show a colored frame and the character "A1" and "A2" in the formula have a color font matching the colored frames of the cells A1 and A2.

@ROSt52 - Yeah thanks, but i already know that i'm just wondering if there is some way that it can be done that as i enter the cells it will highlight the cell as it input them in Immediately rather than having to double click.
