There are only "LibreOffice Basic" and "Python" in Organize Macros submenu. Any one know which package is missing for "Javascript"?

I found it. For Red Hat base Linux. The package is libreoffice-rhino libreoffice-script-provider-js seems for Debian base only.

It appears you are also missing BeanShell.

LO versions use:

BeanShell - libreoffice-script-provider-bsh
Javascript - libreoffice-script-provider-js
Python - libreoffice-script-provider-python
