I don’t find “Table” menu in LibreOffice Writer. How do I get it ?

I want to use the feature of Convert Table to Text and Text to Table in Table menu in LibreOffice Writer. But I am not finding that in the version I have on my laptop ( Ubuntu). How do I get it ?

Menu Table>Convert>Table to Text.
