LibreOffice Writer - Hyphenation is not working.

Hi;
I’ve a Turkish text. I want to hyphenate the text. So I use Tools → Language → Hyphenation…. I also set Language Settings → Writing Aids but I get this error:

You don’t have the hyphenation files. The exact same problem is discussed here.

As far as I can tell, the extension with the Turkish dictionary does not provide the hyphenation rules, just the spell checker. You can manually hyphenate a word by introducing a “break point” with Ctrl -
