The example file you posted does not contain a chart (at least not in my version of LO, 5.4.5.1).
You have asked this question before but gave no feedback about the offered solution. CALC Chart; How to add space between chart vert,-BARS?
If you tried that, what exactly was the result?? As I am sure you realize, feedback is important and can often lead quickly to a satisfactory solution.
