When I type this linguistic data:
/ŋga.ru/
into a Writer document [NB: ŋ is superscripted] and save it as a PDF, the word becomes hyperlinked to http://ga.ru/ in the PDF…
Is there any way to prevent this? Or to remove the hyperlink from the PDF?
I am assuming this is not a hyperlink in Writer.
But that it only appears when the PDF is viewed.
PDF reader applications usually have a setting to automatically convert URLs to hyperlinks.
I am guessing that your PDF app is creating the errant link.
In this case the link is not actually in the PDF file but is created by the reader app.
