How to selecte themes for sheets?

I was following this guide here: Selecting Themes for Sheets - LibreOffice Help , and I looked everywhere but can’t find where to open Theme Selection dialog. Version 4.0.2.2

Maybe is in the toolbar Tools.
Menu/View/Toolbars/Tools.
