I was using LibreOffice 6.0
was having problems accessing some files and attrmpted to install 6.1
the installation could not be compleated.
now when I try to install 6.0 I get these messages,

warning 1909 could not create shortcut LibreOffice 6.0.ink
verify that the destination folder exist and that you can access it.
And popup
Internal error 2902, ixoShortPropertyCreate
Installation Wizzard was interrupted before LibreOffice could be completely installed
Make sure to use the installer from official site. Disable Windows Defender’s Controlled Folder Access feature for the duration of installation. Enable it after installation completes, but you might want to add LibreOffice’s soffice.bin (in Program Files\program folder) to the Controlled Access exceptions.
