Recent upgrade and then Libreoffice keeps freezing and stuttering

I am using MacOS Mojave v10.14.2
Libreoffice Vanilla 6.1.3.4
in writer and calc modes
Stuttering then freezing requiring forced quit then recovery.

You do not tell us the LibO version, language choice, operating system type and version etc. This will help us trying to understand your problem. Have you tried resetting user profile? This often helps when having problems with recent upgrades.
