I have tried to upgrade the package, reload the package, but still get the same message when the install is running; it cannot find the file LibreOffice_6.0.4_Win_x64(1).msi. I have searched the machine and it is not there. I have now deleted all my old LibreOffice including from the registry, tried again and it still does not install. Is there a problem with the installation pack?
