How do I lock text so you cannot edit it but still be able to ADD text to the document?

I am making a simple call form for our calls. I have the information I need listed. I want to be able to enter the information on the calls but I do not want to edit the original text

You can protect TextSections against editing - with or without a password.

You can use the navigator to get access to the sections and to the context menu of each.
