When i open any items such as calc the symbols all have an 8 bit appearance and nothing i do changes it. I have even tried a complete removal and reinstall but this has not worked.
If i could attach a screen shot i would.
This is tdf#119020, fixed in 6.1.4. See comment 54 (and following) there to find out how to clear cache folder to fix it (updating only makes sure it won’t reappear, but flushing cache is still necessary).
Sorry this is not a fix i do not have a file named foo and doe snot resolve my issue.
Ehm… I supposed it’s rather obvious that “foo” there stands for real user name that is individual at each case…
Anyway, you can also reset user profile.
