Huge gap between text box and paragraph

I am working on my resume and I have about 4 text boxes on the very top of the document. I have arranged the text boxes to be in a row next to each other. However with this arrangement the first line of the main text shows up quite a significant gap below the text boxes. I see(by turning on Non printable character) there is only one “new line” character before the first letter of the main body. I am not able to reduce this gap…

For the four text boxes, I have set the wrap to be off. And also all the text boxes are anchored to the page… although am not very sure what anchor does. Any Ideas of what and where I should be looking?

Edit: Tried to play around with the margins and it seems like the very first character of the mainbody starts from 3inch below the top of the page. I can move the margin up and down but the start of the text does not go any above 3inch…

Ok. No clue what the problem was. i created a new empty file. Cut Paste the text boxes from original document to new document. Moving one particular text box this way cleared up the gap. Copied back the text boxes from the new doc to original doc seemed to be ok. Copied over the identified problematic box back too. This time it didnt introduce/bring back the Gap… so i am clueless of what was in this particular textbox that was problematic to begin with…
