The google doc version I bought for pleading paper, only has footer no’s on the side!
Perhaps the OASIS example at https://extensions.libreoffice.org/templates/pleading-paper-lib-serif-12, with the footer paragraph style modified give centred page numbers (and any other changes you think would be improvements) and saved as a custom pleading paper template would do you what you want.
