Accidentally Change Keyboard

In a Writer document, I accidentally hit a key combination that changed the keyboard to I think a math keyboard. For example, Ctrl+a is now an alpha symbol. This is the same as Ctrl+Shift+a. How do I change it back to the standard keyboard?

You can find and change LibreOffice keyboard combinations in:

Menu/Tools/Customize [keyboard]

I did not create any custom key shortcuts. That menu allows you to create new key shortcuts, save and load .cfg files, and do a reset. I tried a reset but that did not change anything. My whole keyboard changed and I don’t know how to change it back to the standard one.

Then maybe you have changed it in the Operating system, please what is your OS?

Windows 10. I was in a writer document. If I changed it in the Operating system by hitting some key combination that may have included the Windows key, I don’t know how I could have done that.

I’ve received a note that there is an update. I will try that to see if it makes any change.

I am not sure about Windows 10, but if you find a small “keyboard” symbol in your System Tray (bottom-right edge of the screen), click on that and it might give you the option to choose a different keyboard layout.

I didn’t see anything with the keyboard symbol that seemed relevant. Doing the update did restore the keyboard.
