No one can open my files when I send them as an attachment. I’ve tried saving them in PDF format but that doesn’t work either as it will only save the first page (and unless it’s a regular font, it’s all messed up as well). How do I save with a .doc ending?

Please note that merely changing the extension of a file name to .doc or .pdf doesn’t change the file format. If you also tick Automatic file extension, you don’t even have to add the extension in the file name box.
