Why pictures disappear when importing an HTML table into Calc?

Since 2018, we can have pictures anchored in Calc cells. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/s... So why, if one opens an HTML table with pictures with Microsoft Excel, it works, but with LibreOffice Calc, pictures disappear?

Yes, you're right, and I'm completely wrong. So I'm going to change my question if possible.
