How to know I have sufficient access rights to install an update to LibreOffice

I have WIN 10 and what to be sure that before I try to update LibreOffice that I have sufficient access rights to install it.

Is that only a matter of using my Administrative option to run the update file?

Or is there anything else I need to know ahead of time to do this correctly?

When you log in to Windows, you log in to an account. Someone has defined what rights this account has (user or admin). Just try uninstalling and then installing. If you do not have the required rights, a message will tell you.

If it does not work, open the file manager. Select the file and choose “Application Tools” and "Run as Administrator ".
