Blank Menus

OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1

Solutions Tried:
Repair install
Toggled UseOpenGL true/false
Renamed %appdata%\LibreOffice\4\User folder

User clicks any menu option and a blank box drops down. User cannot see any options on pop ups either.

I searched around and found the above mentioned solutions, but they all appear to from release 5. Nothing about this current release. One of which suggested turning of desktop composition or Aero, but neither of those options are available to change.

Same here with 6.4.2.3

Tried safe mode. It works for one document, and then promptly breaks again. I’m all out of ideas.
