Deleted odt file

odt file shows ‘no longer exists’, although still shows . How to recover?

Say what OS you’re using and try to ask a more complete question and I’ll remove the -1.

(REVISED) You don’t give us much information. “No longer exists” is probably your operating system telling you that, and it knows what it is talking about, at least at the location (path) where it was last known. “Still shows”? Where? In the LibreOffice recent files list? Of course, it was a recent document so it still shows there. By the way, you can delete the entry in recent documents by clicking on the little X in the upper right hand corner of the icon. “Recover”? Possibly from your operating system’s recycle bin or trash or waste bin, whatever your operating system calls it. (You didn’t tell us what your OS is.) You will have to explore that yourself. Whether you can recover the document depends a lot on exactly how you deleted it. (Which you didn’t tell us.)

If you provide more information, there might be more help available.

Just added more ihfo. Sorry about earlier vagueness.

Sorry, maybe it is just me but I don’t see any added info. Please edit your original question to add info. Don’t forget to click on save or submit.
