I’m sorry, but could you please describe to others, what is that thing that made you to express your emotions here, instead of putting a clear and neutral description of the problem, with your end goal, formulas, and error messages, along with sample spreadsheets, screenshots, application version information, used OS, etc.?
I thought there’d be a quick solution to such an obvious defect. I think Ill try Apache tomorrow. I have wasted enough time on Libre

You come to a user-to-user help site; ask some other users for help - but only give emotions, not data; and when you are asked to tell more about the problem itself, taking into account that the other person doesn’t stand behind your shoulder to see your screen, and probably what seems obvious to you is not that obvious to others, - you get upset. Sigh
And what have we here?
- Emotionally loaded posting with little material content.
- Unsubstantiated claims
- Request for detail gets evasive response.
- Attempting to offend (stirring emotion by implying that “your stuff is inferior”).
Is this not the definition of trolling?

And no, assuming that I were holding a WhatsApp account, I would not connect to a random netizen (yourself) using that. The security and privacy concerns surrounding FB activity in general and WhatsApp in particular makes even your suggestion to use it look suspicious. This place allows image upload, you may have noticed.

‘his emotions’? consider him shocked by a spreadsheet not working as expected, or different to other sheets, his emotions are real and valid, for him, not for you, but try to empathize with an irritated user, his situation and experience is different than yours,
@Peter: the people here are often a bit sensitive about criticism of ‘their product’, they are - rightly so - quite proud of the successes so far, and prefer to work constructively rather than ‘just complaining’,
on the other hand, they themselves fall into the same trap and ‘hold against’ instead of ‘picking up’ the user where he is 
and don’t understand that criticism is not a condemnation but help for improvement,
you probably won’t have much luck with Apache, many bugs of both programs are ‘inherited from OOo’, and therefore present in both programs, Apache is much slower than Libre,
for the matter itself: i assume the OP tried something similar to ‘downfilling’ an area with integers and got values like 6.00000000000001 inbetween, and i remember @Mike shortly fixed such an issue, see tdf #129606,
