Is there a way to move cells in calc without mouse with keybard?

I want to be able to move cells by using keyboard, instead of mouse dragging.
Is it possible to do it with built-in functionality, or, if not, maybe there is some extension, that will allow to do that?

I don’t want to break my hands away from keyboard, when there is a lot of routine processing to do.

The following description assumes you are not on a Mac and the default shortcut assignments were not changed.

1- Select the CellRange you want to move starting with any cell and using the arrow keys modified by +Shift.
2- Ctrl+X does the cut.
3- Move to the topmost leftmost cell of the range where you want to paste in.
4- Ctrl+V does the paste.

Hi

I add other usefull shortcuts:

  • Ctrl+* where (*) is the multiplication sign on the numeric key pad Selects the data range that contains the cursor. A range is a contiguous cell range that contains data and is bounded by empty row and columns.
  • Ctrl+ / where (/) is the division sign on the numeric key pad. Selects the matrix formula range that contains the cursor.

See help site.
