Base: How to make a form for input only?

I currently have a form with two subforms on it. Now I want to make it for data input only. So I copied the form and pasted it as a different form, in Design Mode I changed “Add data only” from No to Yes in the Data tab of Form Properties for each of the main form and the two subforms.

The problem is, I can now input data in the fields in the main form but not in the two subforms. Am I missing anything?

Hello,

Have tried this with multiple DB’s and cannot duplicate. You do not state important info such as OS, DB used or even the LO version used. At this point a sample would be best.

Just as a note, “Add data only” in the sub form is most likely not wanted; just in main form.
