Program not opening from desktop or from another program. I have to run Repair in the Control Panel and receive Warning 1946 several times during installation. Will open once…then not again without running repair. Full error meassage is: Warning 1946 Property SystemAppUserModel.ID for shortcut ''LibreOffice Base.lnk (or Cal.lnk or Impress.lnk) could not be set
