Is there an option to give title headers 3D formatting.
You can use “Fontwork”. There are a number editable styles you can use and an extrusion editor to give a 3D effect. Click on this icon in the tool bar 
Select the cell in which you want to apply the effect. From the menu, choose Format>Cells. In the “Format cells” dialog box, select the “Font effects” tab. For “Relief” choose “Sublime” or “Recessed”.
