Prevent Writer toolbars from remaining visible

I don’t want, for example, the Find toolbar to remain visible after I use crtl-f. I recall that it did not in older versions (I am on LibreOffice 3.5.7.2). Now I have to manually untick the toolbar from within the View menu. Is there anyway to have the toolbar simply disappear again after I have moved out of it?

Just hit Ctrl+F and then the Esc key.

thumps for making Find hotkey Ctrl+F a toggle command in LibreOffice 4.1. It would be better if the Find Bar got hidden after a certain interval of inactivity has elapsed like in the firefox extension Hide Find Bar [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hide-find-bar/?src=ss]
