Never had a problem in the past. Did not update to new version. Reopened document and Writer no longer auto-indents a new paragraph. If I apply my “body text” style that I created. It double indents all paragraphs. Not sure how to fix this going forward.
Follow up:
I can only assume that my custom paragraph style became corrupt. I selected all all text. Changed to no style. Removed all manual tabs with find/replace. Set the style to my custom body text. Changed the paragraph indent. Updated the style. All fixed.
I had to back through and fix all of the chapter text to “Headline 1” in order for the TOC to work after reformatting.
