The required “tags” on the form at https://ask.libreoffice.org/new-topic?category=english (HERE) as so limited?
For instant, I type in “install” and “bad-install” comes as an option.
I click the captcha, wait, then submit, and I get the error.
At least one of the following tags is required : common, writer, calc, impress, base, draw, math or meta

Don’t offer tags to use if they wont work, be a good idea. And add LibreOffice as a TAG also
Well, one of the mentioned tags is required. Additionally you can enter any tags you like. And it works pretty well as you can see with all the other questions.
It be nice to have “LibreOffice” as a tag, since my prob is install related, not a specific component of LO… which are the default options…
No, it wants one of the initial options, and rejects other logical ones like say
LibreOffice-6.2
or even
LibreOffice
But my INSTALL prob isnt covered by initial TAG options…

The listed tags are just suggestions of tags that are already used, you can type in any tag you want.
And if a question relates to the entire suite, not just a specific component, then use the common tag.
So why not ADD “install” as a default tag? I mean what the pluck does “common” mean? And why would anyone newb choose it?
