Attempting to download the main installer from http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ forces a redirection for South Africa that then fails.
http://tdf.saix.net/libreoffice/stable/3.5.2/win/x86/LibO_3.5.2_Win_x86_install_multi.msi
Is there a link to download the files that will not redirect and works.

FYI: cannot see a general problem with that mirror now - i.e. it passes checks and while rather slow when accessing it from europe, it works. Might have been a temporary problem.

Go to download page and click on Info in parentheses located below Main Installer or Help (if you want it too) download link. That will open up mirrors list.
