How to Create a HTML link?

The [F1] Help is very confusing.

I want to create a new HTML link, need exact steps to use a link to a WEB page.

Hello

Type the text to be hyperlinked (In my example “This is a link”)
Select the text
Go to menu Insert -> Hyperlink or press CTRL-K (the dialog shown below will appear)
Assure “Internet”-Icon selected on the left panel
Add your URL into the URL: field
Click OK button

Would be nice, if you click the check mark () next to the answer
