clone color from one cell to another

I wish to copy the color of a cell to another cell. If I use clone format, it copies things like number format, text format, etc. I just want the color copied over. Is there a fast way to do this?

I’ve been doing this manually, like so:
If the highlighter tool is not already showing the color of interest, I click on the cell with the color I want. I then open up the highlighter tool and it shows me where the current color is located within its matrix of colors. I click on the color its showing me to transfer that color to the default color displayed on the tool when its not open. I then place the cursor in the cell where I want the color to change, and hit the highlighter tool to grab its default color. This preserves whatever format the cell had (number, text, etc.), while just changing the highlighting color to the one of interest.

Thanks.

This is best achieved with a cell format.

You mark your cell. Then double click on the desired cell format.
