While expecting more explanation, here is some information about pages.
Pages characteristics are defined in a page style: size, orientation, presence of header/footer and many others.
You switch from page format to page format with a manual page break where you can specify which page style becomes active after the break.
More ad-hoc advice can be given if you tell what you’re trying to achieve.
