Calc - Can not change text wrapping when selecting multiple cells

select multiple cells with text wrapping set and text wrapping unset I see a green checkbox with “-” and cannot change it to enable or disable. I use LibreOffice 6.2.4.2 on Ubuntu 19.04

Can’t repro with Version: 6.2.5.1 (x64) or : 6.3.0.0.beta2 (x64), can you attach a sample file to test.
