How do I prevent text from flowing into boundary areas?

For Table of Contents, quite possible that just updating the ToC would normalize it.

For normal paragraph, its indents (including after text) are defined in paragraph properties’ Indents & Spacing tab (or better in paragraph style). One can modify those also dragging special handles on ruler above document (applying direct formatting).

Thanks Mike.
I deleted the TOC and recreated and it is fine.

The other paragraphs I selected them, changed to a different style, changed back again and they are also fine now. The only thing I can think of for these is they were pasted in from a different doco and the style wasn’t applied at the time of pasting.

Whatever the cause was I have corrected both.

Cheers,
Gary.

Nice to hear.

Just to amend: you need not re-create ToC; only regenerate it by right-clicking and refreshing.
