Please, I need to write text containing a lot of formulas.
Please, should I use text or math(formula) and /or how to combine it?

You have two options:

Use Math and create each formula as a separate .odf file and then in Writer just Insert > Object > OLE Object > Create from file and select the odf file (with or without Link to file depending if you are going to update the formulas or not)

Use Writer and simply Insert > Object > Formula

I believe it is easier to use method 1). It allows you to have perfectly organized formulas, each one in a clearly named file, which you can insert in any document in any order.
