Upgrade Failed

Just got an offer to upgrade LibreOffice to the latest version so I downloaded installation program. When installation completed neither versions of my program would run & all my personal files were gone. Tried system restore with no luck

Have used program for a few years

  2. Operating System + Version ?
  3. Who / Which program offered to upgrade ?
  4. What was the new version offered to you ?
  5. How did you download the new version?
  6. From where did you download the new version?
  7. Which Version did you download?
  8. How did you install the new version?
  9. What did you try to restore (Files, LibreOffice, Operating sytem)?
  10. How do you perform a restore (using which tool, program, method)?
  11. Why do you state no luck (This isn’t an error message at all)
