Is there a way to combine photos into a montage?

I have 3 photos, that I would like to upload to a website as 1 image. Is this possible in Libre Office?

Open LibreOffice Draw. Paste your pictures. Arrange your pictures as you imagine. Mark and export your pictures.

Thanks, I haven’t really used Draw till now, and couldn’t find any advise in Help. That works perfectly.
