Why is there so much space below text in these table cells but not in my other doc?

I’m making a different version of a writer doc and there’s always a lot of space below text in one of them as you can see. Is there something I’m not seeing in table settings causing this to happen?

Edit- Added a sample doc with a table with the same thing happening. Seems to only happen in the docs that are oriented horizontally as opposed to vertically.

I tried to put cursor to cells in your documents to inspect some properties - but for unclear reason, that didn’t work…

You have Below paragraph and Line Spacing set to values that add to paragraph height in Default paragraph style.
