How do I change the margins in Libre Office?

You change margins by changing the page format. Go to the Format menu and choose Page Style. There you can set the page margins.

That used to work, but no longer. Now there is no “Page” under Format, just “Page Style,” which does not have the margin settings. I literally cannot find where to change the margins anywhere.

Now there is no “Page” under Format, just “Page Style,”

The properties of the pages are located in the Page Styles (only). There is not “manual/direct” formatting method for the Pages. You can not format pages differently what have same page style. Therefore the label of the menu item has been modified in the newer LO versions. You will modify the properties of all of pages what have the actual Page Style. (Of course you can apply more than one page styles in a specific document.)
