HELP SAYS context-menu … WHERE"S THAT?

The Context Menu is the menu you display with a right mouse click.
You state -
HELP SAYS context-menu
but I only find that under the Writer help.
For Calc use the Text Formatting toolbar. If not on, it can be turned on from menu View->Toolbars.
Use the Strikethrough icon for select portion of cell or entire cell contents.
